Hello!

Why Hello!

I'm Julie. 

I'm a freelance artist, masquerading as an editorial assistant by day. I like to make lots of things, but mostly I like to paint just about anything that's not nailed down (and even a few things that are). 

After graduating from college in 2008 and getting my first office job, I let my inner artist hibernate. This blog is an attempt to call her back out into the sunshine--and maybe even get her to stick around for good. 

This is a place for things that I love. I hope we can enjoy them together.
